Knowledge App
Docs, client records, and structured databases in one place, exposed over MCP, the open protocol AI assistants use to reach tools. AI agents read the same source of truth the team does.
Screenshots shown with fictitious client data.
Every team has the same knowledge problem: the runbooks live in one tool, the client records in another, and the AI assistant everyone actually asks can see none of it. So the assistant guesses, and the docs rot.
The Knowledge App closes that loop. Rich documents and structured databases live together, scoped per client, with proper search. The whole thing is exposed over MCP, so Claude and other AI agents query it directly: ask a question in chat and the answer comes from the real document, not a stale copy pasted into a prompt six weeks ago.
