Switchboard
A client was paying $1,750 a month for 32 Zapier workflows holding their lead operation together. Switchboard replaced all of them with owned infrastructure: every webhook routed, logged, and auditable, for under $50 a month.
Screenshots shown with fictitious client data.
Zapier is how operations grow up: quick to wire, easy to trust, and then one day you are 32 zaps and 499 steps deep, paying per task, with no real visibility into what fired, what failed, and why. The workflows run the business, but nobody owns them.
Switchboard is the grown-up version. Every incoming webhook, ad-platform lead, form fill, buyer callback, hits one router that sends it exactly where it belongs: the database, the CRM, the ad platform's conversion API, the lead buyer. Every event is logged and replayable. The migration ran in parallel with dry-run checks against the live zaps before cutover, so nothing dropped in between.
